After a recent brunch date at West Hollywood’s La Conversation, a bohemian-looking Barton showcased her talents for horn-honking.
The 21-year-old was caught for just a few minutes in a mini traffic jam while leaving the parking lot, and proceeded to beep and bellow.

This comes just a few days after Miss Mischa had a meeting with the Melrose meter maids.
When Barton returned to her SUV after a shopping spree, the former “O.C” star had an unaccounted for purchase in the windshield: a sparkly new parking ticket.

Also in recent weeks, Mischa has been snapped smoking while at the wheel and then had another fender bender outside L.A’s Marc Jacobs store when she caught her bumper in the gate and accidentally ripped it off.
The starlet even banged up her “Simple Life” galpal’s car. With Miss Richie under a DUI charge, Mischa Barton decided to do the honors of taking charge of her best friend’s cruiser. After dropping Nic off at the tanning salon, the former O.C hottie took her foot off the break for a sec (never a wise move) and bumped the car in front. While Richie’s Jeep didn’t appear to obtain any damages, the number-plate was left hanging.
We’re suggesting Barton get back to watch she’s good at, and that obviously isn’t driving.
