Lindsay Lohan’s wayward weekend of driving under the influence may be enough to pull the plug on any underage pop tarts from hitting Hollywood hotspots.
According to the LA Times, authorities are attempting big-time to ban bouncer’s from lifting the barricade to let little VIPs inside.
Due to prying paparazzi and pages of publicity dedicated to underage stars misbehaving after midnight, the California Alcohol Beverage Control Board has decided to increase undercover activities at a number of noted nightspots.
While L.A. City Councilman Eric Garcetti admitted that it can sometimes be difficult for clubs to cull all the underage drinkers from the premises, but it shouldn’t be a problem when it comes to paparazzi-popular celebrities.
"Obviously there are times the paparazzi has gone too far," he told the Times. "But they're also showing the truth about conditions in our night life."
Meanwhile, Lindsay’s decision to “Li-Lo” for a little while in “Promises” rehabilitation facility in light of her recent arrest may cause a blip in her 21st Birthday bash.
The New York Daily News is reporting that Svedka vodka, Caesars Palace, the Social House restaurant at Treasure Island and Pure nightclub (who were all set to sponsor the Sin City spectacle) are now thinking seriously about stepping down. After all, is it really wise to go straight to the Strip after a romp in rehab?
