According a mother of a Lohan fan, Li-Lo was having a “Mad Tea Party” of her own while on a break from rehab centre “Wonderland”.
Speaking to America’s National Enquirer, Ellen Morrissey claimed the “Freaky Friday” actress reeked of booze as she sped back to the rabbit hole, almost hitting the mother and her daughter Erin, 13, after the teenager asked to have her photo taken with the celeb.
Morrissey says she spotted the starlet standing outside Hollywood hangout Hotel Roosevelt at about 2.30am on Feb 18, and begged for her to pose with her daughter for a picture.
"Lindsay was holding a glass of clear liquid with a wedge of lemon in it, and she seemed to slur when she spoke,” said Ellen. “She also appeared to stagger to her car."
But the Lohan line-up has bitten back, with a spokesperson stating "Ellen Morrissey should be more concerned about her daughter being up at 2.30am than about Lindsay."
Ouch.
