In a slightly bizarre Boulevard break-up, pop princess Jennifer Lopez has decided to return to her roots as “Jenny from the Block” and leave behind the “J-Lo” label and her diva days.
“I'm not J.Lo any more. That's all gone with all the ridiculous stories about tantrums and Egyptian sheets,' she told U.K’s The Guardian. “I'm Jennifer Lopez. As a woman, I've finally grown more sure of who I am. It does seem ironic that it has taken me more than a decade to basically get back to who I am.”
Well, the hip-swinging singer would surely be getting to know herself a little better by listening to her voluminous voice constantly while driving.
Lopez is said to be so in love with her new Spanish-speaking album that she can’t help but toot to her own tunes.
'This is the album I'm proudest of. In fact, this is the only album I've ever recorded that I listen to in my car,” she confessed to the paper.
While Jen may have lost J-Lo, she doesn’t plan to lose her Latina curves anytime soon.
"I couldn't ever be a size zero. I don't see how I could get down to that size and still be healthy," she told Elle Magazine.
