Heidi Montag celebrated her 22nd birthday yesterday with a picnic. A picnic, with balloons, cake, a tiara and Spencer Pratt. Barf. Oh, wait, I forgot the paparazzi! They 'happened' to know when and wehere the surprise birthday present presenting was going to be.

Are you buying any of this? Good...it was so staged and fake I can hardly look at the pictures!!
