Anne was caught in Toronto by several people smoking! Ack! The Disney former princess has a dirty little secret and Disney wanted to keep it quiet. They didn't think ash tray mouth befitted their style of celebrity, so she had to hide it. Even though it's been several years since she worked with Disney, her handlers don't like her doing it in public. But she was busted in Torono!

Will her movie offers decline because of it? Doubt it...

Mariah Carey Breaks the Law

No, no, it wasn't because of her crappy CD that came out. Mariah Carey broek the law because she let her DOGS crap on the sidewalk while she was shopping. Robert Cavilli's shop, actually. And she didn't pick it up. What - you thought she was really going to bend over and snuff that pinched loaf up? Heck no!

And she didn't have a person on her staff do it. I can't believe she doesn't have a dog handler in her entourage. Cute dog...by the way. Ugly woman.

Jennifer Lopez and Heidi Klum NOT BFF

Jennifer Lopez can cross Heidi Klum off of her Christmas card list. For a few years anyway. Last week, Jennifer was supposed to be a judge on the final for Project Runway...she pulled out last minute - literally - and left the show scrambling for a fill in. Tim Gunn stepped in, but not before people were pissed off. Klum included.

See, the scoop is this - Jennifer was up for a lead role in a Weinstein film. She didn't get the role. Weinstein's also produce Project Runway. Jennifer thought I'll get you! and pulled out, leaving them where she hoped was up shit creek.

Didn't work. Tm Gunn stepped in and save dthe day, making JLO once again look like a bigger ass than she has.

Her excuse was her foot hurt and she had to stay off it for the triathlon she competed in over the weekend. The foot miraculously healed while running, biking and swimming on it so she could wear high heels to her husband's birthday party later that night. Hmmm.. Celebrity divas....who knew!

In what has many high school girls swooning, Levi Johnston was spotted with a tattoo. Not any tattoo, but the tattoo of his baby mama's name on his left, ring finger. Can't tell if it's a sharpie marker or not, but it looks real.
